Preconstruction Oceanfront Condo
The newest oceanfront condo project in Sunny Isles is Muse. The 47-stories condo will be in Sunny Isles Beach, also known as the new American Riviera.
The new Muse will be 649 foot high, which is the maximum height allowed by the city. Currently there are several other new construction project which are the same height - Porsche Tower and Mansions at Acqualina.
